O’Donnell Solicitors are inviting Training Contract applications for a qualified law graduate to join its thriving firm.
This presents an opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with the firms Directors on a one to one basis, undertaking high-quality work in a professional, highly regarded and friendly team environment, where everyone is focused on providing the best service possible to clients. Our team strives for excellence both in the delivery of legal services but also in attitude with an emphasis on character and personality.

We offer a competitive starting salary and benefits including:
- 20 days’ holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)
- Company funded social events
- Payment of Compulsory (PSC) and none Compulsory Training
- One to one training throughout.
In order to be successful during the selection process, we will be looking for you to demonstrate your commitment to pursuing a career in Law in the firm’s locality with a particular focus on practicing in Family Law. A strong local connection would be preferable. With regards to skills, you will embrace the firm’s ethos on high standards of client care, approachability and presentation. You will be strong academically, an excellent communicator – both verbal and written, a strong team player but capable of working independently where required, innovative, passionate about client care, prepared to assist in the promotion and marketing of the firm to include assisting with networking events and use of social media to promote the success of the firm. You will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to build relationships with colleagues and contacts at all levels.
The applicant must have a full driving licence and car as home visits to clients may be required.
